clean rooms comfortable rooms quality items

the rooms are meticulously clean and very comfortable. beautiful public spaces complement the rooms perfectly. the food selection has a good choice of quality items.

The snack bar serves burgers and hotdogs. they seem to be pre-made and not quite as fresh as they could be.

maintained resort friendly staff varied food adults pool

i found the resort very well maintained. staff were friendly and helpful. the food was varied and tasty, i liked having the adults and the family restaurants separate, but linked. the adults only pool and bar made for a very relaxing holiday!!!

i noticed just one very slight issue, the all-inclusive only included one beer option, amstel. if you don't like amstel, you have to pay extra for other beers.

The food was delicious and varied. there was lots to select from for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. the availability of water fountains around the hotel was really convenient. It helped reduce trips to the bar.

our junior suite was spacious and very clean. the rooms are well maintained daily. free wi-fi was available, a good perk. air conditioning was efficient, maintaining a comfortable temperature in our room.

underwhelming stay with issues

bad air con loud noise

the location it were close enough to the beach which suited me fine.

the room had issues like it didn't cool down properly. the air con was so bad, its didn't worked when i got there and it took multiple calls to get someone to fix the air filters which were so dirty. it was a real problem, and the noise outside was very loud.
